Accounts Payable / Treasury Assistant

As an Accounts Payable / Treasury Assistant, you'll manage supplier payments, support multi-currency transactions, and handle global reconciliations across multiple entities. You'll ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in every financial process—all while helping a mission-led organization power generosity around the world.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or similar finance role
  • Strong understanding of bank reconciliations and payment processes (multi-currency preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; confident handling data for reconciliations and reporting
  • Experience with Xero, NetSuite, or similar finance systems (preferred)

Bookkeeper

As a Bookkeeper, you'll manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy across every transaction. You'll collaborate with accountants and CPAs to deliver insights that guide client success—turning numbers into meaningful business stories.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years bookkeeping experience, including full-cycle accounting
  • Hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and NetSuite
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or in an accounting role

Accounts Receivable / Payable Clerk

As an Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk, you will manage daily AR/AP processes including invoice handling, payment tracking, account reconciliation, and monthly reporting. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate financial workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in AR/AP procedures and policies

Collections Officer

As a Collections Officer, you'll contact customers regarding past-due accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate documentation. You’ll manage 90+ days delinquent accounts and meet performance targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of collections experience
  • No more than a 3-month gap in recent employment
  • At least 1 year of remote work experience
  • Experience handling 90+ days delinquent accounts
  • BPO experience required

Accounts Payable Assistant

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll process invoices, record transactions, and support global accounting operations. You’ll work closely with vendors and accounting teams to ensure accurate data, smooth coordination, and timely payments.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ relevant AP experience
